"From Ordinary to Extraordinary"

Our Network was slow and our Wi-Fi was dire. We needed help and we needed a company that went beyond installation: Genzo Solutions were called and recommended by some Colleges in and around Nottingham. They came on site and did a full audit of all our equipment which included the core switch and all the other switches we had dotted around the college, looking at our infrastructure and our network speed. They soon came up with a roadmap to bring our basic equipment into the Enterprise. They recommended a 10GB backplane for our network with fibre links to all new switches and doubling up our capacity on our core switch building in redundancy and resilience. They then looked at security and recommended using VLans to separate our network traffic onto different IP ranges and subnets and explained the reasoning behind it all. No question was too much for them and they kept me in the loop at all times. New hardware servers were needed and new Virtual servers complimented the upgrades along with a new Wi-Fi system, using a VM based controller and a cloud based interface to managed the access points. It was a huge step in the right direction for Thomas Estley Community College - being able to offer BYOD Wi-Fi for staff and students alike was a nice option that was previously unavailable. I was ecstatic with everything they did for us and noticed a much-needed performance upgrade to all our systems and would recommend them and put them on par with much larger companies that charge three times the price!
